All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EquiCert Ltd or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
Engage in unauthorized access or use of the Platform.
Misuse the Platform for unlawful activities.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Platform's source code.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
